Elizabeth Messina presents “BLESSED”, a pregnancy Photography Workshop as part of the THE ARTE DEPT. education series. This is an immersive photography class focused on capturing the grace of a pregnant woman in a natural and empowering way. This class will take place is Elizabeth’s beautifully designed natural light studio in Southern California (address will be provided privately). The emphasis of this class is on how to thoughtfully connect with & pose a woman expecting a baby to create authentic, sweet and sublime pregnancy photographs. Elizabeth Messina has captured maternity photographs for woman all over the world & has a special skill set to navigate the vulnerable aspects of such work. Elizabeth has been trusted to capture pregnancy portraits for Hilary Duff, Katherine Schwarzenegger, Brooke Shields, Jenna Dewan, Chriselle Lim and many more. Her approach is dedicated to honoring the female form and creating an experience that is beautiful and uplifting. Elizabeth will use her extensive knowledge & experience to help you understand how to best use natural light, composition and direction to create meaningful images. The class will be part communication & instruction, part observing Elizabeth’s photo & posing techniques, and the opportunity to create your own photographs, that you may use in your portfolio. You’ll have one on one time with the model & Elizabeth. The “BLESSED” Photography Workshop is a supportive & creative experience with an emphasis on enhancing your approach & your images in reverence of all things female. This photography class is for all photographers, at all levels of photographic experience. We look forward to this special & intimate workshop.
